A great fabric has to be celebrated…

One of my favorite new fabrics is the crinkle cotton from Melanated Fabrics. It comes in a few different colors and its great for menswear project and more specifically button up shirts. The button up I made today is from combining our Simplicity Pattern 8427 and McCalls Pattern 7206. So for most of the shirt design I used the McCall’s pattern and for the sleeves I used the Simplicity pattern. This ultimately gave me the perfect design because I had casual and classic all in one.
