I have been the instructor for the men’s courses in Sew It Academy for over 6 months now and it has been great for me to share all the things I’ve been learning over the past 3 years. I realize how much knowledge Mimi has put into me every time I get ready to prepare a class. This month’s course we took a pant pattern we created and plaid fabric to create slacks.
In this October’s course in Sew It Academy Men I went through all the details of how to cut out patterns on plaid fabric as well as lining them up to match up perfectly. We also modified the waistband and created an extended front that are seen more in suit pants or dress slacks.
