Hands down, some of the best calzone pizza I’ve ever had…
When my girlfriend Mimi and I were in New York during our travels a couple weeks ago we found this bomb pizza and calzone restaurant called, “Giuseppina’s”. I know you’ve probably heard me say that about a few other places for different food items, but this is definitely a winner for me in the calzone category.
They only have two options on the menu, pizza or calzone. Every layer was so damn delicious from the crust all the way into the cheese inside. One key detail that I noticed was that they didn’t put marinara sauce into the calzone and gave it to us on the side…that was one of the major ways which made it amazing!
