Learn how to style a dapper look with laying the Madras Print Blazer…
Down in Southern California we are getting weird cold weather which is very usual. I appreciate every layer in low temperatures because they make a huge difference when I’m out and about all day and at the same time they bring so much personality to my outfits. I’m not going to let the weather keep me from a stylish dapper look, so I had to go deep into my closet to pull out warmer clothes for for comfort and style.
shirt- H&M; sweater- AZUL; jacket- Ralph Lauren; necktie- Pocket Square Clothing; pocket square- Pocket Square Clothing; lapel pin- (hand-made myself); pants- TopMan; socks- Happy Socks; shoes- Gordon Rush |
My layers consist of a t-shirt (undergarment), fitted white button up shirt, pink sweater, and the Madras Print Blazer. Once I have put on everything to keep me warm I add in the details to bring the outfit to life and make everything look interesting. The navy knit necktie coordinates well with the navy/pink paisley pocket square. The pocket square also brings out the pink sweater more thats very eye catchy without doing too much. My hand-made white flower lapel pin pops from the madras print background that it’s pinned on.
As you have seen many times before my all purpose green chino pants helped with pulling off this dapper look. The chinos matches the same color green in the madras print and it adds lots of flavor to the whole color wave throughout the entire look. And last, nothing else finishes a dapper look like the brown double monk dress shoes, because of the great mixture of a stylish and classic design.
