I’m going to be honesty with you as always…I have never been a fan of thick soles on boots or even regular shoes. My wardrobe over the past few years have been mostly vintage pieces that I have altered and I usually keep my footwear simple and stylish without following a trend. Today I’m showing one way of how I’m challenging my wardrobe by putting my spin on the Eastland Boot (Lumber Up Boot) that I have seen so many people rocking over the past couple years.
Below is an example of how I see the Eastland Boot styled on the regular bases. Blue denim jeans, plaid button up, thermal shirt, and I added in my own way of accessorizing the look…lol! The red plaid shirt is typically tied around the waist adding a layer and placed underneath the thermal shirt.
As you can see there’s a way to style up a casual boot by including classic menswear pieces and properly wearing them with the right fit. I put on my navy chino pants because they are perfect for casual boots and they help coordinate with the shirt, tie , and vest look. And last, I can’t say it enough about accessories…they bring personality to the overall outfit.
