Today I wanted to show how to take my SEWSEWDEF pdf pattern designed and make swimming trunks. I took the same pattern and modified it for casual shorts for the summer. Its a simple modification that almost anyone can do. First I taped all three individual pieces together from the front and back, so I wouldn’t have any seam lines from the original pattern.
Then next I added pockets to both of my side seams and that pretty much it. Most of the difference came from my fabric choice and in this case I used a seersucker and kept my style classic.
