DIY: DOPE MEN SEW LATEST STYLE

DIY: BURDA PATTERN 6719 MODIFIED

Come see how I modified my Burda Pattern 6719 to create drop crotch joggers…

I just recently finished my first commercial pattern a couple weeks ago which was the Burda Pattern 6719 the shorts version (CLICK HERE to see style post). Today I’m showing off that same pattern, but as pants and a slightly modified version as drop crotch joggers. I screened a dope pair of drop crotch sweats I liked from IG a while back and I have been driving my girlfriend crazy with questions on how I could make them.

So after she saw that I was for real about learning to sew and how great my first commercial pattern came out she helped me alter the pattern and create two additional pattern pieces to make my drop crotch pants. They couldn’t have came out any better and I can’t wait to make them again in a color.

Norris can your please elaborate a little more on how you created the drop crouch part, I want to make a pair for a Christmas gift for my daughter (she loves them). I already have the pattern, any info you can provide will be appreciated.
